Late Arrivals

I will do the utmost to ensure you receive your full treatment time, however it may be in some cases treatments may have to be minimise or cancelled with a 50% charge depending on the time limit of the treatment.

Cancellation Policy
Your time of appointment and treatment have been reserved especially for you at your request. 

If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please give at least 48 hours’ notice prior to

the appointment. Unfortunately, if we do not receive 48 hours’ notice a 50% cancellation charge

may be incurred for any treatment/treatments not cancelled.  Missed appointments will be

charged at full price and you may not be able to rebook appointments.

Payment Details

All new clients are respectfully required to pay a 50% deposit to secure your first appointment.

Treatment Policy 

All clients are advised to sign a consultation form/card each treatment has it individual policy and declaration. 

Treatments are non refundable
